Bad Week...

I have been a bad girl. I feel so depressed! WHY do I do this???? Why do I eat SO much????? What the heck is wrong with me???? Why can't I stick with exercise????

I do NOT want to go down into a spiral...

I need to get back on track. But, I am so down and guilty...

Lord, help me...


  1. Stay strong! We all have bad days/weeks but try to stay focused on what you really want. You can do it :)

  2. You just need to stay on track. If you mess up one day start new the next.
    Hang in there! :)

  3. One bad day doesn't have to keep spiraling! That is what happens to me. If I have one or two bad days (or a week or 2), I think that all is lost. It's NOT! Get back on track immediately. Who cares if you gain weight this week. As long as keep with it and make tomorrow (or today) better. You can do it.

  4. Don't give up or beat yourself up! Just plan to succeed tomorrow! Keep some healthy yet yummy foods (fruit, nuts, cut up veggies, small portions of cheese) close by so you won't be as tempted to grab the less healthy options. Take a walk to clear your head and get that heart pumping, even it's just to the end of your street or around the corner. Hang in there!

  5. We all have these days, but then you have to pick yourself up and start eating healthy again asap. I also have been trying to eat healthy. I eat as many calories as I want, but cut down to only 6 grams of FAT total ALL day. When I eat sweets, I eat a fat free fudge pop. I have one cheat day a week, where I can eat anything I want. I have only lost 10 pounds, but hope to lose more! Good luck, best wishes!
