Day 12

cream and sugar
side salad
1/2 Southwest salad dressing
grilled snack wrap
1 t. light mayo
onion bagel
2 T. WW whip cream cheese
1 crispy supreme taco
1 chicken burrito supreme
1/2 caramel apple empanada
1/4 nachos supreme
8+ cups water
no planned exercise


  1. I would try preparing ziploc baggies of healthy snacks that you can throw in your purse/bag so you're not hungry on-the-go and tempted to stop for fast food. Try things like nuts, low-sugar dried fruit, fresh fruit that doesn't require refrigeration, whole grain crackers, etc. If you have a little lunch bag with an ice pack, try cheese sticks, cut up veggies, rolled up lunch meat, etc.
