Today:
Coffee
Cream and sugar
Sausage Mcmuffin without cheese (that's a first!)
fruit and yogurt parfait
2 rolls
butter
banana
croutons (really? not sure why)
hummus
hot sauce
about 1 T. dark choc. chips
2 rolls
apple butter
2 slices pizza hut pizza
2 celery stalks
1 T. blue cheese
2 wedges light laughing cow
10 saltines

no planned exercise
